Critical reviews cite delays in communication, missed or late arrival windows, and cleanliness concerns after installation. Experiences appear to vary by project type and scheduling demands.
Called the office spoke to a nice young lady, Inspectors came out, next thing you know, my glass was in the window. Less than 10-minute job! This what I call customer service.
Would not use. I was quoted almost 1,300 for a dog door and asked for pictures with the quote to make sure it would be high quality. The door ended up being off-center, too small for my dog, and looks incredibly cheap. The workers showed up 2+ hours late, causing my dog sitter plan to fall through, and they left dirt/a mess all throughout my house without cleaning anything up.
Do NOT use them. They have horrible customer service. I originally called about getting my window repaired on February 21st. Was told it would be about 2 weeks. My window did not get installed until June 9th. That was after we called them to find out what was going on because we hadn't heard anything from them at all. They tried to come out in April only to tell us that the window was incorrect due to manufacturing error and they would be back that following Monday. That was the first week of April. Never heard from them again after that. I will never use them again. If I could post no stars, that's what they would get.
The prices/product are great but they cut into the rubber of my door to get a rain guard off.The first photo is how it was and the second photo is after I cleaned the glue.
I had originally set an appointment with another company to get my window fixed. Someone had vandalized my car. A coworker told me to look into glass doctor. I called for an appointment and the lady told me the estimate was $100 less than I would have paid for with the other company. They offered to come get the car for me while at work, but due to confusion of the employee parking lot, I rescheduled two days later and was probably one of the firsts to enter. There's an energetic lady at the front desk. I gave her my keys and had the waiting room to myself where I enjoyed the remote control at my convenience. Just a little con about the waiting room; it was freezing in there. There was a little vent I tried sitting in front of to keep warm, but that barely worked. The TV is also so 1990s, an ittty-bitty TV up in the top corner of the room.I was told the car would be ready in two hours, though they finished 30 minutes early. It's been about a week and some days and the window is fine. It cost exactly what the lady told me it would be.
