I reached out to Window World for an estimate to replace my living room window and salesman David Marmol came to my home to take measurements. Let me just say that young man is very knowledgeable and knows his products. I will give him a 10 out of 10! He not only sold me on the window I needed replacing but on all my windows !!! David was great! He provided a thorough demonstration of how the custom windows are manufactured and the many options in widows we could choose from. He explained the details about how the lifetime, transferable warranty works and the energy costs savings we could expect with the custom made and installed windows. We decided to replace all 14 of our windows based on his thorough, honest presentation and can't wait until they start the installation!
