I built my house 20 years ago installing Milgard windows. My double paned living room 96" window's seal was not air tight anymore and condensation appeared. Milgard replaced the window for FREE. It looks gorgeous. I'm so grateful they lived up to their lifetime warranty.
Milgard definitely backs up their warranty. I had to have a couple of windows replaced due to fogging between the double panes. I opened a claim on line and received a reply within two days with a date for replacement. Service tech Hector arrived replaced the windows no mess no fuss. Professional and polite.
Milgard made this extremely easy. I filled out the warranty work order. Entered my purchase order number, cell number and address and they knew the size of my sliding glass door from the purchase order. Within a week I received an email with an appointment to install the new glass that had an issue. Lifetime Warranty and they mean that. I bought the sliding glass door 22 years ago in 2004. Highly recommend.
Edgar and Justin showed up and promptly began the warranty work. They were very professional and fully prepared with everything they need to complete the job quickly. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded to my Milgard warranty claim. They sent someone out to evaluate and measure then communicated consistently with me as to when the custom windows were ready and then called to set up our installation appointment. The Texhnicians that came out each had over 20 yrs experience and were able to reinstall the replacements quickly and successfully! Great customer service! The communication and workmanship was above and beyond!
