Milgard made this extremely easy. I filled out the warranty work order. Entered my purchase order number, cell number and address and they knew the size of my sliding glass door from the purchase order. Within a week I received an email with an appointment to install the new glass that had an issue. Lifetime Warranty and they mean that. I bought the sliding glass door 22 years ago in 2004. Highly recommend.

They sent someone out to evaluate and measure then communicated consistently with me as to when the custom windows were ready and then called to set up our installation appointment. The Texhnicians that came out each had over 20 yrs experience and were able to reinstall the replacements quickly and successfully! Great customer service! The communication and workmanship was above and beyond!
