Each time, they've helped us navigate the design process with expert advice. The owners, office staff, and installation crew are all very professional and friendly. They have excellent follow-up skills; we've never felt like we've been forgotten about like we have felt with some other companies. The installation crew was fantastic. Their craftsmanship and quality work was top notch. The crew worked through rain one day and snow a couple days later. They were all friendly, respectful of our property, and kept everything clean. They even brought their own porta potty. Mullin's pricing was the best, especially for the high level of service they provided. Our new siding, windows, gutters/leaf guards, and shades look amazing! Mullin installed a beautiful large window in our living room. Brian came out to our house and was very thorough in asking questions and answering ours. He helped us decide on the perfect window. His guys who came and installed the window were amazing as well! They were all so kind and got it done very quickly! I would definitely recommend! We also had to get some siding for our house and Brian was also able to color match and get us the exact siding that the previous owners installed. They give quality service!

About 13 years ago, we purchased an iconic home built in 1890. The three-story home was built of pink quartzite, and it needed a tremendous amount of TLC. As expected, the roof wasn’t the only thing that leaked. We faced over 40 drafty windows that immediately needed to be replaced. Did I mention that no two windows were the same size? Our theory is that the stone mason left openings whatever size he desired, and the windows must have been measured to fit afterward! Mullin came to the aged house with all of its flaws and ticks and helped us rescue and revitalize it. They meticulously measured every window, ordered over 40 new replacements, and then installed them (which was also nightmarishly daunting). They recommended that I keep a window log with a description of every window’s location and the sticker that each one came with. If any window ever needed to be replaced in the future, we’d have a much easier time. I took their wise advice.

Customer service seems to have gone the way of the Dodo Bird. Mullin is one of the rare exceptions. If you have need of windows, awnings, siding, or any of their innovative products, look no further. You can trust the expertise and professionalism of Mullin!
