1. First attempt the tech would message saying he would call in 30 minutes and didn’t actually call. Told me the new windshield had a crack in it and asked me if I still wanted it.
2. Second attempt the appointment was from noon to 5pm on a Saturday. Tech arrived at 5:30pm. Then does the install but says his tablet isn’t working so he can’t calibrate the computer. Check engine light is on and he told me to just drive it that way.

Technician did a great job. No issues my 3 star rating comes from administration. We tech got here he told me my insurance had not varied. He called his supervisor and I called my insurance who told him it has been verified but computers were not talking to each other. Instead of trusting me I was required to pay the entire amount and follow up with my insurance. I get some clients seek to rip you off but no customer service from administration. I will most likely go to privately owned local company next time

It was easy to schedule and have the repair. They came to my home to fix it and the employee was knowledgeable and quick. Very pleasant experience from 1 phone call it wS all done.

I had to have my entire rear window, with power slider replaced on my F-150 King Ranch. Clean comfortable waiting area, with coffee, water, and clean restroom.
Nice TV to watch while waiting.
Much more enjoyable than I expected.

My husband and I were on the long way home from Montana to Florida when we got some chips in our windshield. Wanting to act quickly, we found the nearest Safelite in the nearest town and booked an appointment. We booked for the next morning, on our way to our next destination. From parking lot to reciept it may have taken 40 minutes. Our tech even found and repaired cracks we hadn't noticed! Excellent service, we were very satisfied.
