I have a Kohler shower door that the rollers needed to be replaced. It was repaired within a few days. Price was fair. Everyone working there are professional and courteous.Scott and Eric did a truly awesome job repairing my door. My door is working perfect. I highly recommend this company.

Amer Glass were top notch! They did an awesome job installing both my shower door and my glass for my gas lanterns by my front door, they also did my shelving for my bar! All of their work was professionally done and I could not be happier with the results! I would highly recommend them !
I cannot warn you enough to avoid this company. I've used them a few times and in 2 separate occasions a year a part they butchered my windows and called it a job well done. The first instance you can see in the photos where they didn't even remove the blinds when installing and left a huge whole in the wall. They damaged the sheet rock and caulked like a drunken baby. After complaining about the work they sent people to fix it, but on what planet is that work acceptable to anyone in the first place? It speaks volumes of their standards. The worst part is this company had the highest quotes out of 4 glass companies I got estimates from. I chose them because I wanted pristine quality work and chose to pay a premium for it. But I paid for it alright.The second instance was this past week where they sent a single person to install 4 roughly 6 foot windows. That is not a one person job. It ultimately resulted in one of those windows falling in and damaging our dresser and breaking the window sill. 2 days later they send some third party to come replace the glass and he damaged the windows, took a number 2 in our master bathroom without asking, and left with glass all over the room and in our bed (which we found out the hard way). I don't mind someone using the restroom at our house but we have a guest bathroom for that. After all of this the install was still pitifully done and we had to get them out here again and even after the 3rd visit the caulk work is not smooth and there are gaps in some areas. I asked for a discount for the value of my dresser so I could replace it and they pulled out an arbitrary number of 50 dollars and said that they actually owed us nothing and that they were being generous when in reality if they didn't send 1 person for a 2 to 3 person job the situation might not have happened. Regardless, the work is terrible and the customer service is even worse. Take a look at these photos and you decide if they speak for themselves. It's not even about the money for the dresser at this point, it's the principle that this company needs to take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship and customer service. This is a greedy company who are overworking their few employees and allowing subpar quality to get jobs done and have even encouraged their employees to work on their own time for free. How sad is that? I sure hope that employees isn't an hourly employee because they can get in big trouble.
