It was a difficult job. This was the original entrance door of the house, and it was badly fogged. The door was actually built around the 3/4 length double paned window with a rounded top. It was not secured with trim, but had to be cut out of the door. The new window matched perfectly, and Greg reinstalled what he cut to remove the old window. When he was finished there was no need to apply paint, just a tiny area that required minimal touch up. The window looks great, and we are delighted!
Jeff and Michelle and the Distinguished Glass organization did an outstanding job of replacing fogged up windows on my up-scale house. They gave a prompt bid and finished the work on time and on budget. I added a glass door with blinds and they only charged me for the materials. Distinguished Glass assisted me on an insurance claim about a year ago. hey were VERY helpful. So, when I needed to replace some old double- panes that were getting cloudy, I went back to them. Again, they were very helpful. Professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgable, on time. Replaced 15 panes in under three hours. Reasonable priced. Sooo less expensive than replacing entire windows w/frames. Highly recommend!

I cannot remember the gentleman‘s name that came out and repaired my broken window, but he did a great job! He was cordial, professional, and knew what he was doing. He advised me that the window does not sit plumb in the window jam, so he put a rubber shim under the window frame and onto the jamb and advised me not to remove the spacer for a few days to let the caulking fully set.He also told me he installed thicker pane glass into the frame, which was originally only 3/8” single pane glass in the broken window that has been there since the 1960s. He also informed me the 1/2” gap on the sill will need to be plugged and filled after the plumbing caulk dries.Thank you for your politeness and for being in and out.
