A cost estimate quickly followed. The work — a one-day job — was performed within a couple of weeks of us signing the quotation and sending in our deposit. We were highly satisfied with how the contractor handled the work. Our questions were addressed. The finished concrete looks great and professional.

The overall job (gutter installation) was fine but customer service was subpar. From the time I made the deposit they had a crew out within a week. A couple issues with communication. First, there was no call to show appreciation for choosing their services. Secondly, wasn’t notified when the crew would show up. Crew just showed up one day. Luckily I didn’t have my dog out and they were able to access everything. Then, no call after the job was complete to check up. There was a minor issue which I had to get them back out to fix. I waited a week to see if anyone would call but I eventually called them. You would think spending $4K worth of services with a company they would be a little more attentive to their customer.
