REAL REVIEW FROM A REAL CUSTOMER...MY INSTALL WAS ON 9/22/25...I just had Knights glass block windows come out to install 8 glass block windows in 1 of my rental properties.The installers arrived to the home on time. It started raining really bad during the install but the guys waited the rain out and still finished the installation. The whole process took about 4 hours which I think is still really good timing with all things considered.The windows looked really good and the price was very reasonable.I'm a very picky person and didn't like the fact that some of the old window frames were not removed in the basement.I gave Tonya the manager at Knights glass block windows a call to discuss my concerns and she scheduled to have a technician come and address the issue the very next day.I was very happy with the service and the level of professionalism that was displayed. She patiently walked me through the process and the estimate and reassured me that her company would deliver as promised…and they did! On the day of the install, the technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and the best part was that there was no clean-up needed!
