First, in talking with Patrick about the job I needed done, which was kind of an atypical problem with a doorwall, he strategized with me all the different ways that it could be done and then he helped me make a decision about the best path. And then with short notice, he was able to arrange his crew to come and do the work. They knew what they were talking about, they knew what they were doing, they were prompt in getting here and started, they were efficient in getting the job done, the price was totally reasonable, and they were super kind and friendly.
