I just signed up with Prime Home Remod to replace windows on my home in Roseville, and i wanted to share how positive the process has been so far. Josh came out to my house, took the tune ti walk me through all the windows options and explained everything in a way that actually makes sense. There was no high pressure sale pitch and just honest recommendations and fair pricing, very transparent. Prime felt the most professional and trustworthy out of all the companies I spoke with. I am excited to get the project don't and definitely recommend.
We had our roof replacement by Prime in Grand Blanc. The job was outstanding. Josh was available to answer all our questions and the crew was very professional. We had gotten other quotes before but we felt comfortable with Josh and his crew. 5 star recommendation.
5 Stars!Let me start out by saying a couple of things. First the work we required was a complete reroofing, but also a complete gutter and downspouts, and attic insulation. Number two: get as many estimates as possible. Lastly, be careful when you select the company you have checked out their reviews. Case in point, the first company we "thought" we were going with had an estimate 65% higher than the next highest estimate. Now the good news: we selected Prime Home Remod for the job. Josh was the last of the companies to estimate for us. Josh gladly provided evidence of Prime's excellent recommendation (in excess of 4.8), but was thorough in his estimate process, answered all our questions, and in addition, agreed to also replace two windows we needed replacing, and doing it at no additional cost. Josh also was clear as to when the process would start, the first of the next week. The workers did arrive and started the process. It was essentially done in one day, more boards needed replacing than originally anticipated, but the work continued. During this same time, men came and blew in the insulation while the roofing continuedat the other end of the house. Within two days, our commercial gutters and downspouts were installed with strainer covers, cleaned up and gone in one day. The last thing were the two windows, which we had to wait on since they needed to be manufactured to size. But, when they were in, they were delivered and installed the next day.The work from start to finish was professionally done, all of the debris was picked up on the initial day and the debris trailer removed from the property. During this entire process, Josh was in touch with us asking how it was going, were there any problems, and were we satisfied. When questions came up Josh was always available by phone and Josh never failed to return our call. We did have a problem which we noticed about two days after all was completed. We called with pictures, and he made arrangements within a couple of days to make the repairs. We told him it was not necessary, that we had resolved the problem ourselves. Because of that, Josh said he would waive a small final payment since they did not have to make any further repairs.Suffice to say, we are very pleased with Prime Home Remod and Josh and pleased to give them a 5 STAR rating.
Josh was amazing to deal with. There was no pitching. He was clear from day one on process and timeline and delivered everything exactly as he said. Great communication all the way from beginning to end. My siding and windows look amazing! I spoke to multiple contractors prior to making my decision to move forward with Prime Home Remod and I'm glad I made the decision. Two thumbs up!
