Window Nation

The salesperson, Will Kausyla, was incredibly attentive, friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process, especially as my wife kept presenting different options and ideas. We originally planned to purchase five windows, but thanks to Will’s professionalism and guidance, we ultimately decided to buy eight since the cost was less than what we expected.

He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free as we navigated the buying process. Will was always available to answer questions and provide support, even during the holiday weekend. His dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service truly stood out. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I had a very good experience working with Alex from Window Nation. I was looking to replace a sliding door, entry door, and one window. I had four appointments lined up for quotes, but decided to sign up with Window Nation, who was the first appointment for the following reasons:
1).Alex was straight to the point and didn’t come in with a sales pitch. I could telll instantly that he was very honest and fair. He wasn’t pressuring me at all and wasn’t trying to sell us more than we needed or asked for.
2) The product (Harvey windows and Provia doors) were the right quality at the price point I was looking for.
3) The warranty on the product and the installation is unmatched. I liked the fact that the installers are not subcontractors and the company is large enough to be able to back the warranty.

This review is for the quoting process. The actual installation will happen in about 2 to 3 months and I will update the review after the installation is completed.

3/3/26 Update
Installation of sliding door, entry door in the garage, and window in the garage completed a few days ago. Ivan and Yuriy did such a great job with the install. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was first rate and far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t call them installers. They are truly skilled craftsmen that take pride in their work and completed the job as if it were their own property. When the job was done they left the work area as clean as before the job started.

I probably could have saved a little money if I spent more time shopping around and going with a lower bidder, but now that the job is completed I don’t regret the choice to go with Window Nation.

My wife and I had Robert Schein come to our house to measure and quote all our windows. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. Great experience. We weren't reading to pull the trigger right then and there based on an addition to the house in the near future, but we will certainly have him back when we're ready. Highly recommend this company.

Window Nation set up a time for a sales presentation. Our sales agent Will was very knowledgeable, nice, and personable.
