NTY Windows

NTY Windows gave us a great deal with the installation of 10 windows throughout our house. The installation took only one day for all 10 windows, with notable difference in house temperature retention the next day. The new windows look great and helped maintain heat this winter. However there were a couple of things I wish were taken care of, such as the correct color of wood trim (white) needed to match the frames that they ran out of 2 windows into the 10 window installation process. This left us to have to paint the pieces ourselves and try and match the white color. Another issue was the followup of collecting the old windows and frames. We have contacted them multiple times trying to resolve them picking up the old windows, however 5 weeks later, we still do not have a resolution.

Our home was damaged in a hail storm in July! It was crazy! NTY windows offered a deal we couldn't refuse, and they didn't disappoint! The windows look great, and I love how easy they are to clean, even the outside on the second story! The young gentleman (James) that did the install was great. He drove from a different state, not once but twice, to do the install by himself. Travel, Thanksgiving holiday, and weather made it impossible to complete all 10 windows at a time. I'd recommend the company to anyone needing windows!

Our 36 year old home needed new doors and windows. A friend recommended we talk with Zach at NTY Windows. I called Zach and he came out to show us what they had. We had looked into other companies and could not afford those. We thought we would only do the west side of our house, but ended up doing the entire house. We replaced 21 windows and 3 sliding doors. For the windows we used the casement windows as that is what we had originally. Zach worked up the cost and off we went. Installers came to do final accurate measurements and placed the order. Delivery came in the anticipated time window. Installation started within a couple of weeks. The 2 installers were 2 of the hardest workers we have had. Installation was complete in about 3 days. Everything was cleaned up every day. All units worked as expected. Screen doors needed to be adjusted. That was promptly done. The energy efficient windows and doors are terrific! We don’t need to close the blinds or shades to keep the sun out. I have not noticed any heat inside like from the old windows. We are very happy with our purchase.
