We had needed to replace our windows for over 10 years and finally decided to hear out the sales rep Noah who had walked up to our door. There was confusion about the time for the first meeting, but it was resolved. Noah had a lot of information on the windows with a sample of one. He also explained what might happen during installation. We only had his information for a while and eventually received an email that had more information.There was one issue with the L&I paperwork but Vincent corrected it within 30 minutes and sent us an email with the corrected paperwork.Weather and high winds prevented delivery from the factory to Brightside, but we still had the windows installed the week we had left open for installation.Our installers were very polite, friendly and professional. There were 6 installers and they started removing the old windows immediately upon arriving. When I had questions, they were willing to show me the new techniques used, with explanations as needed. Having remodeled a hundred year old home when we were first married, I was impressed by how they measured, leveled and sealed the windows and sliders. It took less than nine hours to install 12 windows and two six foot sliding doors. As they removed old windows and framing, they cleaned up and disposed of it into their vans for removal. Once completed, they vacuumed the rugs and checked the outside areas for debris in the areas they worked.I would highly recommend Brightside windows.
Recently purchased Brightside Windows for the home and part of the purchase agreement expects reviews across the web. It is going to be hard to capture how I reach this conclusion but overall I'm happy with the purchase and the and the companies handling of the process.From the start the company was very accommodating with my request, I took issue with some specifics and they were able to provide an addendum to clarify my concerns. I greatly appreciated the contract as it was not verbose and was very clear, the issues I had completely made sense as to why they were there and I did not request their removal only clarity in their purpose.Afterwards I had a little bit of a panic as I realized researching the company left me with one problem, my contact point was a salesman. Much like receiving a phone call I got concerned I wasn't talking to who I expected. I was ultimately able to confirm Brightside Windows had my contract, but it still colors my view having had that worry.Installation went fast and the installers were extremely kind, it was smooth.I don't have much data to go on, and comparing year to year data isn't exact. But I believe the Windows were a great improvement. Our gas heating usage seems to have lowered from last year and while we got the windows coming out of summer it felt like they really will keep the temperature down in the kitchen next year when the sun starts blasting on them.
Hello, I want to tell you about the positive experience I had with the local Pacific Northwest company Brightside Windows. We got all of the opening windows in our home replaced because the old ones were no longer functional. Their sales associate Ashawn was very knowledgeable and polite. His demo included showing us how easy they are to clean. The ability to swing the window in allows for cleaning the exterior while remaining inside your home. He was able to answer all of our questions and assisted us in determining the proper products for our home, such as the obscured glass window for our bathroom. He also let us know about their lifetime warranty! Their measurement specialist made sure we got the perfect fit for our windows. The installers were polite and did a wonderful job installing our windows while retaining the charming woodwork details around the interior edges. We intend to use their company again to replace the picture windows in our home when budget permits.
