Pella takes "advantage of elderly" on fixed income. They only care about the commission. Zero common sense salesman's. Pella upsells a slider glass door for a mobile home.. 13,500$ really Pella ...do better!!! your salesman should be able to judge a realistic replacement not upsell ever options and set them up on billing.... Absolutely disgusting/ predatory sales tactics Pella...taking advantage of elderly is never OK.. We had Pella windows installed in our new build. They are beautiful windows and we love them. Shout out to Connie in Spokane WA who gave us fabulous customer service. These are not inexpensive windows but so worth having. We had no problems with any window throughout the house except for one screen that was missed, but it was taken care of right away. Pella has such a great reputation and they deliver
