Great experience on getting 2 egress windows installed last minute. We had a gas line issue and ended up moving the window to a different side that didn’t have a non-egress window for a very small increase in cost. Finish work on the inside was included and looked great. Project was completed on time. I will definitely work with this company again on egress window needs.

Petr's Construction is now my first choice for anything windows. We used Petr for egress windows on an old home 2 years ago and the results were very quality. We purchased a new construction homes last year and wanted 2 new windows cut into the wall in our dining room. Petr and his team gave a very fair estimate (I talked to 3 companies for the project). The work was done in 2 days and was extremely quality. The guys were very professional and kind. I would highly recommend Petr and his guys!
After months of failed attempts to find a legit window installation contractor that wasn't going to force me to take a second mortgage out on my home for new windows I finally found Petr's Construction! I purchased CDA Windows through Petr and had his crew install them in early May. The installation was professional and the crew was friendly and respectful of my time and property! The windows are amazing and the installation turned out beautiful. The windows and installation by Petr's Construction qualify for an Avista energy rebate creating even more value for my purchase! If you don't consider Petr's construction for replacement windows you are paying too much and probably getting lower quality!
I am the worst at leaving reviews, so I'm finally getting around to this one 9 months after the service was performed. Petr's crew put an egress window in our basement bedroom so we could have two of our kids share that room safely. They worked quickly and were very professional. They arrived around 8 am and were all cleaned up and gone before 4pm, which was very impressive! The men were kind and respectful of our home and property. They didn't even complain or have issues when my young children got close enough to see what was going on with the hole in the side of the house. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well! The grass was not damaged and they hauled away all the removed dirt and grass for a nominal extra cost, and we were more than happy to pay for the added convenience. The window looks great and works perfectly. It's almost a year later and we have had zero issues with it. I checked around to several companies before we had it done and not only did Petr's Construction have the best price in town, they also provided services that other companies flat out did not do, such as replacing the trim and cut wall portions inside the bedroom. We will absolutely be hiring them again when we are ready to add two more egress windows downstairs, hopefully later this year.
