This is the second time we have used Renewal by Anderson. The windows first and now the Front door. Both times we have had a great experience with the crews that showed up to do the work. Kyle B and Jared B were very professional and made sure we were happy with the product.
The installation crew (Dustin L., Marshall W. & Daniel F.) were all polite, professional and respectful of me and my property. They showed up on time, covered floors & furniture and cleaned up every day. They were careful and precise. Truly went above and beyond all expectations!
the installation crew (Henry, Jessie & Austin) did a terrific job. very professional, answered all questions. Went above and beyond expectations. We had a snow storm the 1st day and the crew took out old windows and installed new windows, we kept our wood burning stove going. very pleased with the windows. Not so pleased with the behind the scenes staff. Administration staff could use some refresher pointers on customer service end and follow up on the “after care “ of how the installation went! These windows are not cheap and it’s a huge investment for most people. The people I have dealt with via email or on the phone seem to forget the amount of money being spent by Average wage earners or retired seniors. Not impressed with the lack of care and concern from project schedulers, or project management involved with each order.
We had 10 new replacement windows installed in our 1951 home. We love the quality of the windows and our team of installers - Shelmar T., Tanner S., John O., Tim V., and Rob - did an awesome job in their two days of installation. We highly recommend!
Great installation team of David A., Brian A., and Austin K. They were on time, professional, and technically competent in the approach to installing 7 replacement windows in her home. I was impressed with their care and listening to her questions and their response. The install was smooth and limited challenges. One of the replacement windows needed to be installed in brick. This was my biggest concern with the project. It came out amazing. Big thanks to the Brian A. and the team. Also, their cleanup was top notch.If you are looking for replacement windows, Renewal by Andersen is outstanding!
