She was responsive and knowledgeable, she kept us informed throughout the process and made what could have been stressful feel easy. Mike is a true professional and a great guy. He offered us great prices for an awesome product. The whole process was seamless. We ordered 30 windows and 4 sliding glass doors. Some of them are very large and were made without flaw or defect. They operate smoothly and efficiently. Our experience was awesome and easy with Pella and their representative Mike.

Jon, Brycent & Cade were here early and called before they got here. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up everything before they left. Their measurements were spot on and Pella’s advice on color choices for the outside trim and wood finish are beautiful.
