She was responsive and knowledgeable, she kept us informed throughout the process and made what could have been stressful feel easy. The multi-slide patio doors look amazing, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Pella and especially Kala for anyone considering new windows!

Mike is a true professional and a great guy. He offered us great prices for an awesome product. The whole process was seamless. We ordered 30 windows and 4 sliding glass doors. Some of them are very large and were made without flaw or defect. They operate smoothly and efficiently. Our experience was awesome and easy with Pella and their representative Mike.

Eric, Roman, and Eugene did a fabulous job installing our new windows. They were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient—finishing the work with minimal disruption (as minimal as construction can be!). I work from home and was even able to continue with my job with no interruption. These gentlemen were kind, respectful, and detail-oriented, and the finished product looks amazing. The entire process with Pella was smooth and easy from start to finish. Thank you to the awesome Pella team! We are very pleased and can’t recommend them highly enough!
