Windows had to be ordered, which took a little time. However, when they arrived, they were installed within a week. Took around 1 day & 1/2 to install because they had to order some additional parts. My windows are in a 1996 double wide & they were replacing the original windows. The old windows were very hard to remove, but the installer took his time.. he did a very good job; he was very detail oriented & the windows show it!Clint (owner) was very friendly & helpful; with no high pressure sales. I felt like he gave me a good price & beautiful windows! I would recommend them.

One of the problems were the old windows were around 20 years old & were metal. Very difficult to get out. The installer was great. Very detail oriented & the windows show his quality of work. Clint, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with & gave me a very good price. I highly recommend Pro Windows!
Pro Windows and door was fantastic to work with! Clint and his crew came out multiple times to ensure we had all the information needed for our new windows and doors. Their quote was much better than the “popular” companies even though they use the same glass and technology as they do and their customer service was second to none. I'm a little late with this review, but I am happy with my purchase and service by Pro Windows. I had the original sliding door that came with the house replaced, and Clint and his team did an amazing job, they were timely and had everything finished in about 3 hours. I shopped several companies (of course) before deciding on Pro Windows and I am glad I did. Clint was very honest and up front about products and that's what I respect; I would definitely recommend them if you are considering doors or windows. The difference in inside temp is noticeable. Our experience with Pro Windows was the best! We got quotes from just about every company in town and their price was completely unmatched by any other company. We’ve had the windows for about a year now and can definitely tell a huge difference. Our electric bill in the winter dropped from around $500 a month to only $150-$200 because our old windows were original to the house (built in the 80’s). We also had a problem with ants getting in through our old windows and we’ve not even seen 1 ant in the house this year. Aside from the windows being great, they provided the Best customer service experience around! Burton and Clint were extremely helpful and kind. The installers were awesome as well and worked very quickly. We even referred my soon to be father in-law and he is also loving his new windows.
