I got 10 replacement windows, new patio slider with built in blinds and a new front door. There were a couple of hiccups along the way that customer service remedied but I have to say I ?? my new windows and doors. The view is incredible because you do not see the screens. Proof is when our cat tried jumping into the closed window! Highly recommend
I am still waiting for an install date of two windows ordered on March 23rd, which were paid in full on that date.I was given an install date of July 26th. My windows were delivered to my home on July 24th with only a 15 minute notice and were stored in my garage. I had both rooms prepared for the install on the morning of the 26th, but when no one came and after many calls I was informed that I wasn't on an install list. After 7 days and again numerous calls I finally got the windows removed from my garage. It is now August 15th and again after many calls and emails I still have no installation date and my last 2 emails and calls have not been returned. I would never recommend this Springfield retail location.
Don is the Service Coordinator or Service Manager. I have a Pella glass sliding door that has been a MAJOR problem in my life.I couldn’t open or close the door from my wheelchair because it was so hard to operate. A previous technician told me that since the door was 20 years old that no parts were available. Don came to my home yesterday and took my door apart and installed new rollers on it. He informed me that the door was closer to 30 years old. I’m now afraid that I will slam the door when using 2 fingers to slide it open and closed. It works like a brand new door that I would have paid about $5,000 dollars to install. This says a lot about Pella quality and Don’s expertise and perfect customer service. I highly recommend the Springfield Pella store. They could not have been better.
The purchase and installation of the new windows and the new front door went very well. Todd did a great job explaining the options available to us and preparing the estimate. The installation crew did a very good job installing both widows and doors, cleaned up everyday and were very careful coming in and out of the house carrying the windows. They kept us informed on progress and what they were going to do each day. One small glitch with a window handle but it was handled by the service department. We definitely would recommend Pella to anyone who asks about getting new widows/doors installed.
Pella did a great job on my front entry door! Rylan was an amazing sales person and the guys from Bulldog did a great job installing. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Thank you!
