Did siding. Don’t believe them when they say they know how to do winter siding install. Don’t let them push you into doing it at a bad time and don’t be pressured to sign off on the work the moment they say they are done. Always check if they got the permits and address it timely or you may be held liable. Also, house wrap is not supposed to have holes all over it and no tape anywhere. If he says they will replace substrate it just means they will cover it with house wrap when you walk away. They damage the siding during instal because the material underneath was never replaced. Also if you pay thousands of dollars extra for substrate replacement, don’t let him complain about spending a few hundred dollars on wood. Be ready to be gaslighted and managed because the salesman will have his back and they will ignore you when you send pictures of the issues.
Totally forgot what the installers names were yesterday , but we had all 13 windows in our house replaced they showed up and introduced them selves , were very friendly and professional for having that many windows they were quick at getting things out and in and the work looks fantastic ! Will def be contacting them to get our exterior doors replaced next! Keep being awesome window world
Window World has been great to work with. Dallas provided a no hassle estimate and explained the process. Our windows arrived in 4 weeks and were put in the next day. TJ and his crew are amazing! They show up on time, clean as they go and the finished product looks outstanding. We had 14 large windows replaced and could not be more happy of the product!
TJ and his crew showed up right on time and got to work. He was very pleasant to work with and respectful of our home. They didn't leave a trace! They were done quick for having to install 14 windows. The difference it made to our home is incredible. The pricing was excellent compared to other companies and quality is amazing.
