Absolute waste time.I was promised help to hookup the car hauler to my truck by U-Haul booking.This guy left us for 2 hours without offering help. He was busy having coffee with his helper.The hitch ball needed to be undone.and reinstalled to a lower setting because the hauler hitch was too low at full height. Asked for help, and he didn't even have a wrench.Asked when he was open until, he said 5:00 pm. I rushed to return the trailer and get a receipt that I returned the trailer at 4:30 pm and the store was locked up. The number posted on the door was called and he said he would be a half hour.Who locks up a rental trailer/truck store when people are picking up and returning their rentals.This guy has no consideration for people's time.Absolutely no help.As far as I feel he is incompetent to run a business.HIS REPLY BELOW IS FALSE.
