We just got our 35 yr old windows replaced by CanGlow are are very pleased not only with the windows, but even more-so with the level of service we got from CanGlow. Ray, the project manager, was knowledgeable, available for questions, and accommodating and patient with any changes we made.The windows arrived in a timely fashion and were in perfect condition upon installation. The installation team of Oleg and Serg was professional, meticulous and very efficient. All twelve windows were installed in 2 days with minimal disruption, safe work practices and wonderful post-installation cleanup.Great job!
I had my house main level windows and doors replaced by Canglow and am very happy with the results. They look great and no more window frost in winter. The project manager Ray Goldrich is very knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate. The installer Oleg and his team is well organized and professional at heir job.
****UPDATE2*****Oct. 3rd 2025Finally, replacement windows have been installed. The installers were great, pleasant to deal with and were very professional. Minor imperfection in glass but at least it’s not fogged up anymore.****UPDATE*****I wrote this review in frustration after the installer did not show up yesterday for the window replacement and hope that Canglow will finally fulfill the promised product warranty. I contacted Canglow directly this morning and got confirmation that I was indeed scheduled for the window replacement and that the installer did not show up. I was told that they would contact me tomorrow with more information. Time will only tell, but given their track record I will not hold my breath. As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words, if my satisfaction truly mattered, prove it.************************************************************I would not recommend Canglow as the company is completely focused on sales with little regards to customer service. I contacted Canglow to replace 2 doors and 9 windows in our house. I have no complaints about the installers as they were very polite, tidy, and efficient during installation. There was one issue during installation where insulation was sprayed all over the new patio door during install which discolored the paint, which could have been a simple mistake. However, it took almost a year to get replaced. Then after the first winter, the bay window began fogging up and Canglow was first contacted in May of 2023. I am writing this review in September 2025, and the window has still not been replaced and beyond frustrated. They have tried to replace the window twice, both times arriving with the wrong window. There have been countless delays and miss communications with their supplier. Honestly, I’d give them zero stars if I could.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! The installation team, led by Eugene with his assistant Andrew, did an outstanding job. They were friendly, hardworking, and meticulous with every detail, and left the place spotless. Ray was also great to work with on the sales side—knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure.I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Canglow Windows to anyone looking for new windows!
Excellent work! They had fast communication and answered all our questions. The installers were quick, friendly, and precise. From start to finish, we were very satisfied with the quality of work. The Eugene and Andrew are amazing guys! They are good at what they do. They also fixed what the previous owner(s) did unasked. They were all easy to work with and did a professional and clean job. I would totally recommend this company to do your windows.
