To Phil, Curtis, and the team, Thank you all for the outstanding work reinforcing our raised sunroom. Unfortunately, we had previously relied on a home inspector who misrepresented the condition of the structure and claimed only minimal work was required. The sunroom had been connected to the house through an addition, based on a prior homeowner’s assumption that enclosing an existing deck would be sufficient. Phil immediately recognized that the sunroom was in far worse condition than we were led to believe and correctly identified a heaving issue that had been completely overlooked by the inspector. We were also incredibly impressed by how quickly you were able to fit us in. We’ve seen other companies prioritize only large projects and leave smaller homeowners waiting indefinitely, so this meant a great deal to us. We are extremely impressed with the work Sky Valley Construction did on our complete main-level home renovation. The project included our kitchen, bathrooms, and new flooring throughout, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Phil and Curtis spent a great deal of time with us throughout the process, carefully going over plans and offering thoughtful suggestions along the way. They were very collaborative, worked with us on changes as they came up, and always made sure we were included in decisions, which we really appreciated. Every crew member who worked in our home was respectful, polite, hardworking, and it was clear they took pride in their work. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to choose Sky Valley Construction for our renovation project and would confidently recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation.

We had Sky Valley replace our windows and siding and repair some moisture damage to OSB sheathing. We are extremely happy with everything they did and the whole experience. Phil and Curtis were great to deal with all the way from the estimate phase until the job was finished. They were always available for any questions or concerns I had. When the work crews were here they were top notch, they did an excellent job. They would walk me through what they were doing anytime I asked, answer any questions I had and were always in a good mood and pleasant to be around. I would definitely hire them again.

5 stars really isn't enough to show my gratitude and respect for this company and its owners, Phil & Curtis. We bought our first home last year and were devastated to find out our sunroom had major structural damage that was compromising our roof. I talked to a lot of contractors who all assured me that a complete demolition and rebuild of the addition were the only options-which was far outside of our budget. Sky Valley was the only company that was able to deliver a solution within our price range that included keeping the sunroom, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. These guys are honest, reliable, and reasonable when it comes to setting/meeting/exceeding expectations, and their team is very respectful and responsive to homeowner concerns when working onsite. We can't thank Sky Valley Construction enough for their incredible work after our February 2024 garage fire! Our insurance company brought them on-board in late 2024, and they expertly managed the complete rebuild of our garage and extensive repairs to our Camrose home, including siding, windows, roofing, and interior remediation. They were receptive to design changes any adjustments we brought forward. Even though they started just before winter set it, they efficiently got us back into our home by mid-June 2025. Phil, Tyler, and Curtis were a pleasure to deal with, and every tradesperson on site was professional, informative, and proud of their craftsmanship. While the insurance process has its delays, we are absolutely thrilled with Sky Valley Construction's results and are excited to begin this new chapter in our home.
