If I could give a zero star rating I would. This started with an employee of the company showing up to my work after he pitched me to “get new windows by the amazing company” to seal the deal. We had windows installed in July, and in December I inquired about water damage that appeared in 2/4 of the windows. 1 month later, they sent someone to look, telling me that they would call for repair right away. I didn’t hear anything back for 6 weeks and when I reached out to this person, he never responded back. I escalated to emailing and calling multiple times to then have another person sent to our house to take a look. When he arrived he said this was a “poor installation, it’s happened before, and he could assume who the installer was.” He could feel the draft through the windows which was why we have water damage. He then “put a ticket in for repair.” Another month later, nothing. I call again to be met with someone asking me what the issues were and this was the first of the hearing about it. I messaged the woman who has been orchestrating this and said I needed to be reimbursed for my payments the last 4 months and I’ve been paying for a poor quality product and poor customer service. Let alone, I have a high heat bill living in Minnesota. Haven’t heard a thing back. I will escalate this further if I don’t get my windows repaired and reimbursed. Not resolving this is a breach of their service obligation and I will continue to share this terrible experience with people. Let’s hope the water damage hasn’t caused more damage to my home. None of this is okay and I’m not settling until I get what I paid for and get reimbursed for a faulty product.
«««Update:»»» They NEVER stop calling you if you've inquired about their services then say no to them. I get atleast 2 calls a day from them. I've asked nicely to be removed from their list, again, no respect there and I've blocked them, but my caller ID still picks it up so I know they're calling.««OG review»»I gave them a chance, but was clear from the beginning we only had an hour. They did not respect our time frame and would not leave our home even though we had to go. They wanted the sale so badly they did not care about our situation. They also gas light you into their services. The quote they gave us for a new roof was absolutely ridiculous. We've had 3 other bids done so we had an idea. Their price was 4X TIMEs the amount of our bids. My husband told them absolutely not, and they squirmed a bit and my husband talked them down to more than HALF of their original bid. Be careful out there, Da Bella will gas light you, not respect your time, and will give you a crazy outrageous bid, but make it sound like it's all worth it and will be a "return on your investment"
Staff was very pleasant giving there pitch and very informational. However moving forward with the process we were told for financing only one of our credits would be pulled and the other would be used purely for income purposes. That was not the case and both credits were pulled with us only finding out when we received a letter in the mail. The staff also failed to complete communication when asked if we could proceed without replacing every single window in our home.In summary they are great at pitching products but from our experience the second they see they won’t get money from you, your dropped, and paperwork for credit was not at all transparent
Quality of work was excellent. The crew cleaned up after completion and the area was spotless. The crew showed up on time every day and they were friendly and professional. Ronin and Talon were very helpful in the inspection of the roof and knowledgeable about the process in order to answer any questions I had.
The whole process was a painless experience and only took four days. The installers were friendly, respectful and hard working. The communication was spot on and have no issues with the job. We are thrilled by the outcome, our house looks brand new! Amazing experience overall!
