We had a great experience with JKR Windows from start to finish. They did an excellent job walking us through all of our options and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. Throughout the process, they kept in regular contact while everything was being ordered and kept us updated on timing and installation.
The installers were very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. The windows themselves look fantastic and have made a noticeable difference in our home.
We had one bedroom that was always either too hot or too cold depending on the weather, and since the new windows were installed, that issue has completely gone away. The temperature in that room now stays consistent with the rest of the house.
Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of the work and the entire experience. Highly recommend!

We had our windows done in December. We LOVE them. Levi was fantastic with any questions even weeks later. Installers did great work and we already notice a difference. Got update emails throughout the process and it overall went smooth. 3 month later our energy bill is down and we definitely can notice the difference. Also need to mention the SOUND difference. A lot quieter in the house very happy and glad we went with JKR.

Mark Heninger came to our door with a small window demo in his bag in late August. My husband and I were just contemplating the drafts and condition of the seals around some of our windows as fall approached in our 4700' high desert town, so we invited him in. As we went from room to room noting the cracked and missing seals and lining of our 25 year-old "builder-grade" windows, my doubting husband became more convinced of our obvious need for new windows. Mark showed us his window then, and we loved the fold-in feature that allows us to fold a lower window in to clean it, since we have bushes and a tree in front of our front windows. Then he explained the finances, which were amazing to us, so we signed up for all 21 windows. Emme McDowell kept in close email contact regarding the progress of our order.

Soon David and Edgar came to make exact measurements, and in about a month after that they came back to install them. They worked from 8 to 5 for two days with professional skill and demeanor. They cleaned up after themselves and even used our outside wood trim paint to touch up a few areas nicked by their tools.

The windows have a 3/4" space between the thicker double panes, which seems to be remarkably better than the 1/2" spaces we had between our builder-grade windows. We now have had 5 degrees difference in warmth this winter! There really is less street noise, and my husband looks forward to cleaning the outside of the windows just with water and his squeegee. They seem to stay cleaner, even after a rain. They open and close easier because of the lighter weight of the materials. On the up and down bedroom windows there are very cool latches that can be popped out so the windows can be opened at night only to a certain height.

We highly recommend these JKR windows over the persistent advertising of Windows by Anderson.

We are LOVING our new windows - 6 in total.

From Daxton (Sales) to Sessel (or PM) and Tyler and his associate (where, pardon, I did not get his associate's name but will remember that bass voice), all did a great job!!

With Daxton, who initially spent time in showing us samples, demonstrating how the windows work or glide (which impressed me most), along with providing options for financing; then to Sessel, our Project Manager, who kept us abreast on window builds and install schedules, as well as following up to ensure we were satisfied with the work completed; to Tyler and his associate, who (in my estimation) both did quick and efficient work with the install - these two really made the job look effortless in their synch-up of removing the original windows and replacing the new; noting we had two small attic windows where they had to go roof top.

We would definitely go with JKR again as we are looking to replace a few other windows in the next year. Very happy with JKR overall and do highly recommend. They really are a great team to work with and they care about their customers!!

P.S. ~ if there is anyone who is going to enjoy these as much as I, will be our kitty, Zoey! She can really see those birds now!!
