ABC Siding & Windows

Four visits to ABC, five phone calls and still no quote for windows. First they lost it, then they don't know why they didn't send anyone for measurements. Last time Craig told me would visit my property himself. Lastly they said they lost my email..... All BS. If you are looking for a reliable, dependable window installer, don't go to ABC.

Mike and team have replaced every window and door in our home over the past five years. We have always had excellent service, quality oroducts, and professional installers. They clean up after the installs are done and always make sure we are good with the install. We highly recommend ABC Siding and Windows . Thank you Mike and team! Well done!

I had 3 doors replaced as part of the Canada Greener Homes Initiative. Michael was more than helpful in assisting me with door selection and was available to me whenever I had a question. He was able to set an installation time quickly when I was ready to start. Thanks Michael! I should mention also, that a couple of years ago, Michael was able to match siding for my house when I had exterior renovations done. I also had 3 basement windows replaced around 5 years ago and am very pleased years later. You are a star! Perry, the installer, made friends with my dog (LOL!) immediately and did a great job on the whole installation process. He completed the job with such tidiness and was able to make one particularly difficult fitting work perfectly without any tearup! Thanks Perry! I would recommend this company.

We had the absolute worst experience with this company. Mike was impossible to get in contact with most of the time. Our door was installed improperly and leaked water the entire night, so much so it would have flooded our living room if we hadn't been home, then they tried to argue it wasnt the door. They left a huge mess of materials and cigarette butts all over the yard and a huge mess in the living room where the door was installed. Completely unprofessional and the entire experience was a nightmare. Its now 2 years later and its still not installed properly and water leaking under the hardwood even though they "fixed" it. Would not recommend.

We booked ABC siding to replace our faulty door that prevented us from going into our backyard space. They were pleasant to deal with but of course things were put on hold when the situation changed with COVID. In recent weeks, they got in touch with us again to say they could proceed with the install, adhering to safety guidelines. We booked them and we're glad we did. Their team was friendly and professional throughout and respectful of our home and space. They uncovered some water damage in the back, so the job became bigger, but they were professional and patient throughout -- they explained every major step they were taking and made sure the job was done right and safely. We couldn't be happier with the door install, how they dealt with the unexpected water damage, and how the ABC team conducted themselves throughout! The price was quite reasonable too, even when accounting for the extra work. They care about their customers and do a great job. Would strongly recommend them for any siding, window, and door work that you need!
