Our experience with Arch City Windows was excellent! We had significant hail damage to the windows on the back side of our home and decided to replace all of our windows at once. Our first interaction with Arch City was with Casey Johnson, he was absolutely phenomenal. If you call Arch City, ask for Casey! He was punctual, professional, incredibly helpful, thoughtful in his explanations and generous with his time. Casey is the ideal representative, we couldn't say enough positive things about him! He was so knowledgeable and gave us excellent suggestions/options for replacing our windows. We took nearly every suggestion and are thrilled with the results. Thank you, Casey! When installation time came around, the crew absolutely blew us away. Will and Izac Lopez and their crew were OUTSTANDING. We have had many projects/renovations done on our home and they were by far, the best of the best. Every single member of their team was kind, professional, personable, generous with their time, patient and so thorough in their walkthroughs and explanations of the process. Having crews walking throughout your home can feel uncomfortable, but they felt more like friends. Will and Izac are, again, the ideal foremen. They should teach classes on how to treat customers, they were that excellent. We had a little hiccup with the trim around our windows aesthetically. Will, Izac and team worked tirelessly to correct our concern and made it perfect! THANK YOU to this team, we are so grateful for your work! Arch City, please give every employee we encountered a massive raise, they have more than deserved it!
You know you have the right company when they refer you to a cheaper faster option for part of the install instead of taking the profit themselves!!! I had 1 hail damaged window and a bunch of old basement windows I figured I’d replace while they were here. Jason referred me to a great glass company for the urgent repair, and then scheduled the larger install with them. Very professional, kind, and understanding of our needs, and he was very up front (and accurate) about all timelines, from waiting on parts from manufacturers to scheduling (about 1.5 months). The team that showed up was very friendly and replaced 5 windows within a single day! And they were very clean and respectful of the ground level floor they needed to walk through to get to the basement. Will was in charge of the crew, but all employees I interacted with were sharp and understood the ins and outs of the project. They seemed to have good comeraderie and mentorship. Will walked me through the job when they finished and was very helpful. He went out of his way to ask me multiple times at each window if it all looked good to me. I noticed only one tiny caulking separation on an admittedly rough spot of my wall and he immediately got someone to fix it, no hesitation. I love the product choice they made as well, it looks great and is very well insulated!!
These folks are great to work with. They installed close to 20 windows from hail damage. Some of the windows arrived with problems from the manufacturer which was quickly corrected and replaced where required. No fooling around they just got the job done quickly and efficiently. Recommended!
I am not one to write bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others know what to expect. And I know I’m not the only reviewer to share a similar experience…Arch City Window sent a technician, Anderson, to inspect my project and said a sales manager would check part availability with Viwinco and follow up with me with an estimate. That was three weeks ago.Week one… no one called me. I called & left my info with the receptionist to have someone call me back, no one ever did. Week two… still nothing, I called again & left my info. I got a call back who said the technician hadn’t been in to the office to submit his inspection notes yet (2 weeks of no communication from your employee!?!). Week three… I called again, left my info, and was promised a call back and guess what —nothing. Please don’t worry about calling me back.Three weeks of zero follow-through, zero communication and a lack of accountability is unprofessional. If a company is too busy or unable to take on a project, the respectful approach is to communicate that upfront rather, no big deal.. My time is valuable, and this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Based on this repeated lack of communication and reliability, I cannot recommend Arch City Window.
I had a bathroom window replaced due to hail damage. My rep was Casey Johnson who kept me aware of the replacement window and the timeline. On the day of service the workers arrived promptly, worked in a timely manner, and were very professional. I was pleased with their installation work and clean up. I continue to enjoy my new window.
