STL Windows Direct

I am pleased to recommend STL Windows Direct. The experience was top-notch from our first communication with Desiree the sales consultant, all the way through to the installation. Desiree knows anything and everything you could possibly know about windows in addition to being a licensed general contractor. She was able to quickly identify structural things that we needed to be aware of. The crew that they sent to install was second to none. Polite, on time, clean, and very professional. Our windows were ready exactly when they said they were going to be ready. The installation happened exactly as it was stated. We loved our experience so much that not even three days after our home windows were installed, we now have asked them to come back and do our sunroom. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and feel that the value was worth the price we paid.

I wanted to recommend STL Windows Direct because of the white glove service and quality they provided us with our door replacement. We had a broken door and it was letting a lot of air and water through and was not shutting properly. One of the owners of this family business, Cheryl came to our home right away and gave us our options. We ended up going with a ProVia sliding door and are very happy with our decision. It’s a high quality door and was a huge improvement from our French doors we had prior that were leaking! The install went great and when they were finished they cleaned up everything nicely! Working with Cheryl was a breath of fresh air!

Top notch! To say that STL Windows Direct did an amazing job, from start to finish, would be an understatement. From Tom L (the owner who personally came to our house for the initial appointment) to the day of installation. We could have not asked for more. My experience was amazing! Rob was very knowledgeable and really worked with me to find a price and style that worked. The windows came in sooner than I expected and they were ready to install them right away. Hannah did the installation in a day and they are beautiful! I wouldn't even be able to tell she had done any work if it weren’t for the new windows. She cleaned them and vacuumed and left my space looking really nice. The windows are incredible. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be using them in the future.
