We had all of our Windows and Patio Door replaced with Pella. Boy, am I thankful for that decision. Beginning with Derek Furguson stopping by to create an estimate. His knowledge of this business and his wonderful communication skills, assured my wife and I were comfortable in making such a large decision. Derek.....Thank you! Now on to the install. Our installers were Arthur and Alex. TOP NOTCH installers with excellent carpentry skills. Arthur took the time to go through every window (15 of them) to make sure everything worked as it should. If it wasn't a smooth opening window, it sure was after he worked with it! The extra time that Arthur and Alex took to protect all flooring with drop clothes, when they left, there wasn't one sigh that they had even been there. Clean up outside.......Again, people walking by after they left would have never know they were there for 4 Full Days. Not a piece of window tape, nails, screws, etc, were left behind. I will be a Pella customer for Life. Well done, Pella!

Brian Bennett, came out to our home, to help replace our large picture window. This will be our fifth phase in replacing our windows. During our appointment, he made great suggestions, and ended up replacing beside our large picture window, we went ahead and are replacing our last three windows in our house.
