I had a cracked basement window. This thing was an odd ball and couldn’t find a replacement. I had these guys repair and it looks like new for a quarter of the cost of a new window built from Lowe’s. Highly recommend this place. Also only took two days after it was dropped off.
Had our shower door replaced and shower entirely re-caulked. The wait was short, I was notified when they'd arrive on the day of install, and work was done promptly and it all looked great! They were also much cheaper than what I was expecting so even better! Highly recommend
If you want glass or shower doors look no further than Floyd. I'm sure there are other good glass companies but price wise and quality of material fit and finish I'd never go anywhere else but Floyd Glass.
Beware if you are trying to do anything slightly custom. They'll tell you verbally they can do it but leave it off your initial quote. Then after they show up to get final measurements they'll tell you what you wanted is impossible and make you feel like you have to compromise but they'll convince it will look fine. If you're still not happy after installation then they'll be rude to you, claim it's your fault for not asking more questions up front, and blame you for not knowing everything about glass. Then they'll tell you that you signed their quote and already paid so too bad and good luck taking them to court. They are not interested in satisfied customers - just in grabbing your money. Installation on anything outside the norm won't be great either. Lots of their pictures look fine from afar but they won't be prepared to install anything slightly unusual and you'll start noticing issues the moment you start using it or cleaning it. We should have noticed their website and quotes/invoices only had disclaimers to protect them and no where was there any satisfaction guarantee or warranty. Don't make the mistake we did and fall for the nice talk before the sale.
