A smaller set of reviews note concerns about installation finish quality and difficulty reaching the office for follow-up. Overall sentiment trends positive with frequent praise for value and communication.
From start to finish, working with Window Nation was an exhausting and frustrating experience. What was initially promised as a six-week project stretched into more than six months. The process was plagued by repeated errors - human, not manufacturing as they continually insisted, including incorrect measurements and even lost measurements. Throughout it all, our legitimate concerns were consistently dismissed, and we were not taken seriously by at least four different representatives. Josh in particular was one of the most ill-mannered people I have ever encountered. The installation phase was particularly troubling. On a day when temperatures were around thirty degrees with strong winds reaching forty miles per hour, every window in our home was removed at once. Items throughout my home were broken due to the strong winds indoors. I was assured the techs would install room by room, this did not happen. As a result of the wind and temperature, the indoor temperature dropped to thirty-seven degrees for several hours, with an infant present. I would have rescheduled, but was informed without 24 hour notice, a 20% cancelation fee would be added to our total, regardless of inclement weather. To make matters worse, the primary windows were once again measured incorrectly - this makes 4 times. Temporary replacements were installed hastily and carelessly, which led to leaks and flooding when it rained shortly afterward. Despite the damage, the company refuses to take responsibility. The situation was further compounded by the condition in which the workers left our home. It was left in significant disarray, requiring us to spend roughly six hours cleaning up after the installation. After months of ongoing complaints, we were eventually offered some compensation for the inconvenience. However, based on our experience, I strongly advise against using this company. Their handling of the project was careless, dismissive, and highly unprofessional.
Tyler Milne from Nation Window was super helpful with my patio window renewal. I really liked how they presented their products, and they were great about finding a financing option that worked for me without any pressure. I'd definitely recommend them.
I thought I was getting a high end almost Anderson type window, not so much. Sloppy install, a window that the bottom sash came apart on first use, a broken screen and a 3rd grade chaulk job. An office that is a total train wreck. They don't know what the other person is doing and then good luck with getting anyone to call you back to address any issues. I feel like I have been taken. I have been in construction for 34 years and I could have done this job and should have done this on my own. I decided to spend my time with my family instead of taking a few weekends to do this. I'm happy I took the time for my family, but I'm sick I used this company. Way over priced for remedial work.Update: 2/28/2026They have come out and fixed the broken sash and adjusted 3 windows that were not installed correctly. Now for today's issue another sash has come apart. These windows are garbage.
I just had 10 Window Nation windows installed at my home. I was so pleased with the installation. Jose’ and his crew were professional and polite. They did an excellent job and I love my new windows. I wish every home project went as smoothly as this.
So far so good! We had a thorough first appointment with Bob Miller and he went over all our questions an concerns. He was able to show us a demo of how bad our current windows are and how we can improve. He was also able to provide what we think is a very good price. Very excited to move forward with them
