From booking the first appointment through installation was a great experience. The sales process is transparent and straightforward unlike any other of the four companies I received quotes from. They also offered a top notch financing option that no one else provided. When the crew came to put in the 26 window on my two story duplex, they were able to do it all in one day, cleaned up after themselves and left me with beautiful windows. Also, the were friendly, kind to my fur babies and respectful of my property. I am so delighted with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Lifetime warranty on windows and caulk I don’t know how you would beat this. Anderson windows quoted me 250% more then window world when it’s the same glass just different casing. We’ll I enjoy my new windows and they are beautiful and whenever something needs fixed they are on it and my home is not an easy one out in the middle of no where down 8 miles of county road.

So I have to leave a damn good review a lot of people bash window world mostly competitors because they just can’t keep up with the pros! Don’t spend more else where these are insulated windows with tint heat does not go through them they are very good quality.
Everyone I worked with there was super nice and well kept. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to even say I even secured a 0% interest loan on the darn things for 3 years almost.

From the sales person to the installation crew, every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and treated my house like their own! They said it would be 6-12 weeks from the day of order but was only 2. They worked until 9:30 PM to ensure it was done 1 day and done right. The end result was beautiful and I no longer have a draft from the windows. Not to mention the cost was the best of the multiple quotes I received. If I need new windows again I will be calling Window World!
