Everything that Direct did from start to completion was above and beyond. Julian made me feel comfortable with the company. He helped me with some issues I had with my HOA. Answered all my questions accepted all my text and phone calls which is a rarity in this day and age. The crew lead by Alejandro was efficient and professional. I asked Alejandro about what time he will be completed he said 2:00 PM. I will be darn they were driving away at 2:00 PM. The only thing they left behind were the windows. Definitely I will refer Direct Remodel LLC for there window needs. Thanks for the wonderful Job Gary
