I had an excellent experience with Kristi and her team at Window Pane Solutions! We needed 11 windows replaced on our 1948 beach home, and had a tight deadline coming up under the My Safe Florida Home program. From the start, Kristi was very responsive and available for providing estimates, answering questions, and meeting me at the home to take measurements. She followed through on several requests, and even said she would be available in the future if needed if anything comes up, which is rare these days. We had less than 5 weeks to get the permits pulled, windows ordered, installed, and permits closed out, and I was impressed that Kristi and her team were able to get it done in 3 weeks, which allowed us to meet our deadline. Overall, Kristi was able to work within our budget, our timeline and get everything closed out on time. Not to mention, her pricing is very fair and had a great selection of window manufactures to choose from. We will not hesitate to use or recommend Window Pane Solutions in the future!
I have a very old house and was stuck with the old crank windows where half of them didn’t work. (I included before & afters) I heard about Kristi with WindowPane Solutions through fellow girl boss and after I called her she came out to do an in-person evaluation the same day. She helped me through the process of getting a grant for my windows and was so detail oriented. Her company is so reasonably priced and the windows look beautifulWe had a small hiccup during the installation process and she was so on top of it going about and beyond to meditate the issue. We will absolutely be using her in the future as we do the rest of our windows. I would highly recommend her if you are in the area!
With all the horrible reviews I’ve seen lately, I wanted to give my 5-star review to Kristi and her crew at Window Pane Solutions, LLC/, They installed 9 hurricane windows and three hurricane doors in my house. They even stayed until 9pm so they could get all the windows and the glass sliding door done in one day (they asked me if I was ok with them staying late) and then the other doors on a second day. The building inspector even commented how impressed he was with their work. Additionally, I had obtained 3 different estimates and they came in at the best price and with high quality (CWS) windows. They were also able to do the install 3 weeks earlier than anyone else and had more 5 star reviews than the other two companies who gave estimates (both $6-8,000 more than their estimate). Kristi is very nice and responsive and very easy to work with as is the crew that came to my house to do the work (and they work non-stop).
I just had some beautiful windows installed. I’ve been living with very old windows for a long period of time. A wonderful little family owned business in our area for quite a while. After dealing with other companies and getting estimates, I called Their number. I was greeted by the owner herself who didn’t bother sending out a high price sales person. She Took my measurements over the phone And gave me an estimate. Made an appointment to come and measure the windows.Which she did herself. Ordering my windows In and send her team out to install them to perfection they are beautiful. Not to mention it lightly that she also had the best price. My wife and I live in Largo, and we narrowly escaped the last hurricane season without wind damage. A big concern was our windows, very old, brittle, they didn’t open or close very easily. We didn’t want to go through that again. We contacted Window Pane Solutions, who are local to the area. Kristi got back to me right away and got our windows measured. They gave us a very competitive price for two brand new impact ocean view windows. The install was easy to schedule, and they did everything in about 2 and a half hours time. We love our new windows! I already feel much safer for the next hurricane season!
