The installation team arrived on-time and worked on New Years Eve thru a few minor issues to insure the quality of the product was configured to our satisfaction. I'll be honest, halfway through was concerning because there was some issues with ordering the custom door I wanted, however, Kerry was able to make sense of the world for me. She handled EVERYTHING and it was impressive.

I had a brand new Bay window to replace an ancient milk crate one which was rotting and water damaged, and I had a transparent glass door replaced with a gorgeous honeybee yellow one that would retain our privacy at our home.

The work was flawlessly executed and it was done incredibly fast. The two gents that helped me were remarkably talented and I almost couldn't believe how quickly they finished up.

The before was just a dark, unkempt, gloomy feel with absolutely no weatherproofing from either the doors or the windows.

The new is just incredible.

The design consultant took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and explained all of my options clearly—no pressure, just helpful guidance. The quality of the windows themselves is top-notch. They not only look beautiful but have already made a noticeable difference in noise reduction and energy efficiency in my home.

Installation day went smoothly and efficiently. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and left my home cleaner than they found it. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, but Renewal by Andersen really delivers.

The in-home consultation with Vicki was informative and pressure-free, helping me feel confident in my decision to move forward. The installation team was efficient, professional, and incredibly neat—everything was done with care and attention to detail. I also want to give a special shout-out to Carrie Cartwright, the Scheduling Captain, who went above and beyond to help address a few follow-up items. Her customer service was prompt, friendly, and reassuring.

My old windows were drafty and dated, and the difference now is night and day.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my new energy-efficient, modern-looking windows. They’ve completely transformed the look and feel of my home. I even updated my front door to fit the new look.
