The Window People installed 2 entry doors, 2 storm doors and one window. I could not be happier with this company. I could not say enough good things about the owner Ted. He is the most kind hearted business owner who takes great care of his customers. I had Trevor and Victor as the installers. Their workmanship is amazing. Their installation is perfect and they couldn’t be nicer. They clean up and really care about their work. I would recommend this company to everyone.
The Window People company is a rare find. We just replaced our drafting old front door and the process was impressive. This company is responsive, punctual for appointments and everybody made sure that we were confident with our decision. A special thank you to Ken who came out a third time to drop off a color sample and made sure everything worked as it should be.
Did a total remodel, down to the studs, for a large kitchen. Decided to replace the existing Marvin window over the sink with the exact same window but 6 inches more vertically for a better view.When Ted, from the Window People, came out to measure he wrote up the $2,700+ window order for white hardware even though the window he was replacing and every window in the house had brass hardware. The new window was installed and later I noticed the hardware did not match the old window. When I asked to have the hardware replaced, Ted wanted over $100 to swap it out. Ted and I went back and forth over "I signed for white hardware" versus "I wanted the exact same window as before but longer vertically".Ted wants the money...I called customer service at Marvin Corporate and Jill was great. She sent me the hardware as a courtesy at no cost.Marvin makes a great window but where you purchase it from is important and if you are looking for reasonable support I would not call The Window People.
I used The Window People to replace all windows at our house. It was a pleasure to work with them! They did everything in the right way and with high qualit, New construction windows, with all flashings, insulations, siding extentiins, trims, etc. Great communication, easy to work with. The installers did outstanding job, very professional, very clean, and respectful. I highly recommend this company!
