It’s rare to see an owner so hands-on and genuinely invested in a client’s project.Rob clearly explained what needed to be corrected and why, and followed up with a thorough, professional quote.We agreed on terms and moved forward within a day.His crew arrived fully equipped and worked with exceptional efficiency and professionalism throughout the installation. When I requested aluminum trim instead of wood texture, they custom-fabricated everything on site with impressive craftsmanship. Additional siding was also required, which Rob handled seamlessly at a fair and reasonable added cost.Overall, it was a pleasure working with this company. The first conversation I had when looking at windows was with Renewal by Andersen, and there could not have been a bigger disparity with how they do business, compared to Windows by Toll. It was an easy yes to move ahead with Windows by Toll once we finalized the project to replace windows and a door.The installation team did an amazing job, it didn't even look like they had been in my house despite ripping out/replacing eleven windows.There was an issue with the window order (not their fault) but the team went above and beyond to ensure that was sorted out.Thanks to Chris and the entire team.
