Reviews

What customers say

Customers describe quick window work: one says a repair was finished before tree work ended, and another recalls a pane cut and replaced in under an hour. A customer with discolored windows said they were replaced perfectly and found the work very affordable. One customer praised a glass-door assessment as transparent and free of sales pressure; another reported an unhelpful phone interaction and being hung up on while asking for an estimate based on glass size.

Professional and honest when evaluating a glass door I was having issues with. From the first interaction with dispatch to the moment the gentlemen that came to assess the problem walked out my door, I couldn't have been more impressed. I didn't feel any sales pressure and they clearly knew what they were talking about and were very transparent with the diagnosis. I highly recommend!

Have to take a minute to shout out the guys Southern Screen & Window, LLC and Ryan Jon Young too! We had some discolored windows and they replaced them perfectly! I was happily surprised it was also very affordable. So glad I finally had him replace them! Call them if your windows have lost the seal or cloudy. He’ll get them looking great!

Rude! Don't waste your time. Tried calling and scheduling an appointment for a window glass replacement estimate. The lady who answer's their phones was less than helpful. Hung up on me when I asked for an idea of the cost based on glass size. Get a real company with the capacity and capability to complete the job. My two cents.
