We used international window company, ambassador series aluminum windows throughout our home and we absolutely love them! Energy efficient, operate with ease, & extremely stylish. Their lifetime warranty is also a big plus!
I ordered windows for my house, it took them 6 try’s to get it right and over 6 months! The windows are garbage, seal fail, grids loose and wrong, broken glass, wrong color, wrong sizes they sent different glass colors. Total mess and they won’t stand behind there products and offer no warranty! I have had to hire new window company to remove and replace all the garbage they sold me. I am pursuing legal actions against window manufacture!Run, do not use this company, I am telling every contractor in Arizona not to use this company! I’m tell every home owner to not allow this company to be installed in there homes! IWC is a joke! Cost me over $250k in damages!ZERO stars! IWC sucks!!!
Do not order Windows from this company! I hold a Lifetime Warranty Certificate that they will not honor. Full house replacement of Windows and they have leaked since day 1. The company that put them in went out of business a week after installed. Now IWC does not honor Warranty! There is water damage in all my rooms from windows leaking!
