My son's car window was smashed by a loser during the night and Sudbury Auto Glass rescued us quickly. They are amazing to deal with. Fast, efficient and very friendly.
They are very professional and welcoming. Mostly Mr. Joe. I mean who doesn't like a fresh coffee and chitchat while getting their car fixed! Overall service was good but the experience was best.Highly recommend this centre for your automobile glasses service.
The gentleman who took my call and who works in the office is super friendly and helpful and made sure I got in on a timely manner so I appreciate that part of the service.That said, I'm definitely not happy with the outcome of the chip repair on my window.This was NOT a large stone chip and as shown in the photo attached the outcome of the repair was not great. I feel like this is still going to crack based on the splinters still evident along the edges of the repair.I've gotten stone chips elsewhere (major national chains) and always had spotless results where chips were not visible after but thought I would support local this time around.Unfortunately, it didn't work out well and I probably wouldn't go back.
Recently had a stone chip on my windshield repaired. Prior to that, on another truck, Sudbury Auto Glass replaced a windshield. The customer service in the office was great. The repairmen in the shop did an excellent job and were very efficient. 10/10! I would definitely take my truck to them again.
