As a kitchen and bath designer I refer clients to Argonaut several times per month.I find their sales people are very knowledgeable, patient and easy to communicate with. This helps my clients learn what they need to about their choices in window operation, brand, materials etc without being overwhelmed with misunderstanding. The showroom has lots of different displays of the different brands, so my clients can actually see and touch what they are considering. This really helps them feel confident about their choices.I find that Argonaut provides accurate information about the lead times from the different manufacturers and makes the deliveries when they say they will.I highly recommend them.

My review relates to the whole experience with this company. The sales person was helpful pre-sales but when there were issues with the delivery, they overpromised remedies on the phone (“we’ll take care of you,” “you won’t have to pay $x”), they did not back it up with actions. Unfortunately, the promises by the sales person were made over the phone and not in writing. Overall we were not happy with the post-sales service from this company.
