I had a very disappointing experience with Blueline.After the glass door of my store shattered, I contacted Blueline. They responded quickly and came out the next day (02/04) to measure the door. I paid 50% deposit immediately and asked them to install the glass as soon as possible since my business urgently needed to reopen. The installation was scheduled for 02/13.However, when they arrived, they realized the glass had been measured incorrectly and needed to be reordered. This caused further delays, and my store was unable to operate during this time.A second installation was scheduled for 02/23 between 10:30am–2:30pm. I waited during the entire time window. When I called to follow up, I was told they would arrive around 4pm. They finally showed up at 4:30pm.The installation process was also very concerning. The team seemed inexperienced. Some of the original hardware was not reinstalled. The technician who came to apply the window film even pointed out that the glass was not properly positioned and was being held in place mainly by screws. Additionally, the holes drilled for the handle were slightly misaligned.Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. The delays, incorrect measurements, lack of punctuality, and questionable workmanship have caused significant disruption to my business.I hope the company can improve its professionalism and quality control in the future.
What a great experience. Quick response, fair price and professional replacement of two broken windows. As a retired 45 year home builder and general contractor, it was one of the best repairs I’ve ever been associated with.
The tech was professional and friendly. He was able to remove my old glass and replace it within 45 minutes! Highly recommend their service.
My experience was wonderful. I had a kitchen window replaced. The representative showed up on time (gotta like that), quote came right away, the 1/2 down deposit for repair was easy. I just Zelled it in. Glass ordered, and replaced quickly. Fantastic product, wonderful service. ??
Excellent Customer Service and Scheduling. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They replaced the rollers on my sliding glass door quickly and it's working GREAT now. This is a company that truly cares about their customers.
