Liz Kennedy
Recently purchased a door from these guys! The service, from start to finish, was FANTASTIC. George in the show room was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came out and measured at a time that was super convenient for us, even extended his work day to do it. He quoted us 6 weeks for the door to be built but it was just shy of 3 weeks. The door itself is STURDY. It is excellent quality. Al did excellent with installing it and he was on time to my instal appointment and was efficient in installing it. He gave me lots of good information on how he installed the door, what materials he used and went over my warranty information again. Everyone were fantastic communicators and overall i had a 5 star experience. Would use them again for other doors on my home and have already referred them family members who were in the market.

We got our door about a year ago and it still looks great. We had one piece fall off and the company was quick to come out and take care of it. A big thank you to Sean who helped us in the design process and ordering the exact door we wanted that fit within our budget. He was super friendly and helpful and we greatly appreciated him! We had a great experience with this company and are very happy with the quality of our custom steel security door.

From start to finish, my experience at Steel Shield Security Doors in Surprise was smooth and hassle-free. Sean in the show room was helpful in choosing the appropriate door for my situation, and Daniel the installer was on time and did a fabulous job. Short turn-around-time as well. I would purchase from this company again.

We are very pleased with our new steel security screen doors! We are repeat customers having had one of their doors installed at our previous address. The price was reasonable, communication was excellent and the installer, Buzz, was very polite and did a superb job with installation. Highly recommend this company.
