My experience with Universal Windows was top notch. I had ten windows replaced and it took only a day and a half. Jordan and Cole did an amazing job. Very polite and professional. We highley recommend Universal. Their guys were on time, respectful of the property and very knowledgeable about the product. The guys cleaned as they went and left the house as clean as it was when the arrived. I will be using them in the future for the other 3 windows we need replaced.
Installers arrived on time the day after the worst snowstorm of the year. They were careful to lay tarps out to avoid staining the carpet & their attention to detail was phenomenal. They even went beyond our expectations and touched up the paint around the window frames. We will be replacing more windows with them next year.
