I reached out to Pacific Windows based on a referral. I’m very glad I did.Shela was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to track down the exact part number I needed and kept me in the loop the entire time. She was very communicative, sending regular emails and updates on the order status, which I really appreciated.Even though this was just a small part, Shela treated it like a priority and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We recently completed a significant project with Pacific Windows and had a great experience from start to finish. The installation took nine days and included a new sliding door, 16 windows, an extended window opening, and the conversion of an arched transom window to a straight design. Russ and his crew delivered high-quality workmanship, and Eugene and Shela were consistently clear and responsive in their communication. Pacific Windows by far exceeded our expectations.
