PACIFIC WINDOW & DOOR

Pacific Windows & Doors for the win! What a great experience with this company. From the detailed and deep dive quote to the listening to what we wanted in a new front door, I would highly recommend their service. The installation by Russ and his crew were also excellent as they were very attentive to all details and brought quality work as if it were their own home. in a world full of choices, we are very glad we picked Pacific!

Great all-around experience with Pacific Windows. They truly cared about doing what was right for the customer. Everyone involved was friendly and truly cared about doing a quality job that they would stand by. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again with any future home window replacement.

I had a great experience with Pacific Windows. After having a really hard time tracking down a small window frame vent and coming up with little to no luck. I reached out to Pacific Windows based on a referral. I’m very glad I did. Shela was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to track down the exact part number I needed and kept me in the loop the entire time. She was very communicative, sending regular emails and updates on the order status, which I really appreciated. Even though this was just a small part, Shela treated it like a priority and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Pacific Windows and won’t hesitate to contact them again in the future.

We recently completed a significant project with Pacific Windows and had a great experience from start to finish. The installation took nine days and included a new sliding door, 16 windows, an extended window opening, and the conversion of an arched transom window to a straight design. Russ and his crew delivered high-quality workmanship, and Eugene and Shela were consistently clear and responsive in their communication. Overall, we’re very pleased with the results and highly recommend Pacific Windows.

Pacific Windows by far exceeded our expectations. We’ve had quite a few contractors doing different upgrades in our house recently and Pacific Windows was exceptional with their professionalism how tidy they were and communication. I can’t say enough about the installers. They took great care and did an exceptional job replacing windows at our house, their craftsmanship was exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone needing windows to use Pacific Windows.
