This place served only to waste my time. I went in looking to get some options on installing two storm doors on my house. Pella was a brand that was recommended to me, and went in ready to buy and schedule installation. Unfortunately, They told me they will not sell or install a storm door unless I buy a complete new door to go under it. No thank you! My current doors are just fine. One extra star because at least the lady was nice about it, but for all intents and purposes she told me they were not interested in my business. So, I'll find someone who wants my business, because these guys don't.
Summer Million met every expectation. She is knowledgeable about the products and the process. She is a saleswoman after all and there was a gentle push but no pressure to rush to a decision. She is very responsive to inquiries and even responded to a late night email. She is very friendly and approachable which helped make us comfortable with the major decision to proceed with our window replacement.
While we didn’t get windows from Pella, their representative Summer came out and measured and went over our options for a new window. She was very knowledgeable regarding the process and her samples were beautiful. The Pella product is definitely worth looking at and we will probably consider them in the new year for our projects.
My new Pella windows are amazing! Perfect timing for the winter. My old windows weren’t very efficient. Summer guided me through the entire process making it an easy decision. Very professional with excellent communication. I can’t recommend Summer and the Pella crew enough!
This is the second project I’ve done with Pella and the services and products have been nothing short of amazing! Summer helped us build a custom front door and walked us through the choices for our windows we replaced. On the day of install, we had no power due to a wind storm, they had more than enough equipment to get the job done even without on site power. The windows look great and our new front door is incredible!
