EcoView Windows & Doors of Tampa Bay

Ecoview installed an exterior French door with a stationary transom window in November. My experience from start to finish was great! The Installer was very knowledgeable, professional and conscientious about the job. I am more than happy and would absolutely recommend and use Ecoview again and again. From the very beginning EcoView was a pleasure to deal with. Marco came out and talked to us and explained all the products and steps for installation. The installation crew was top notch and so nice and friendly. After the windows were inspected by the city, they sent someone out to finish installing the little covers for the screws and even cleaned the windows! Top notch service all around.

We had a front door installed by this company in 2018 while it was under different leadership and had a positive experience at the time, which makes this situation especially disappointing. We scheduled a service visit on January 8, 2026 because the door would not close or lock properly. The technician was unable to fix the issue and said the door might need to be rebalanced at a future appointment. The original problem was not resolved. During the visit, the technician caused additional damage, including a bent striker plate, damage to the door frame, and splintered/chipped interior trim (documented with photos). He suggested coming back with wood putty to cover the damage, which I declined. Since then, I have reached out by email, an online live message with customer service, two phone calls to the Tampa office where I spoke with a person and left details, and a text to the person who scheduled the tech, all without any response. Due to the damage caused and the complete lack of follow-up, I no longer trust this company to perform work in my home. I would strongly caution others before using them-they are not who they used to be and they clearly do not care about performing high quality work or customer service.

I’m extremely happy with the quality of the windows from EcoView Windows of Tampa Bay. We had trouble with a prior company and EcoView stepped in to complete the job. The installation was amazing and the craftsmanship shows in every pane. It feels like they installed a view of sunshine in our home. The pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any residential window replacement.
