Karoly Windows & Doors

Karoly replaced many of our impact windows over 10 years ago. When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly, and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. This level of service is extraordinary, especially after so many years. I strongly recommend anyone looking to replace windows and doors call Karoly Windows and Doors. Many companies sell and install windows, but support years later is rare.

Highly recommend Karoly Windows & Doors! Very reasonable pricing and an exceptional experience. Austin made the estimate process smooth and easy and their office team, Angela, Richy, and Ginger were all so great to work with. Their installers, Vili and Robert, were extremely prompt, professional, efficient, and thorough and our new windows look fantastic. Will definitely be using them again to replace our sliding glass doors!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! We recently had Karoly Windows install new windows in our home and couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. The team was responsive, transparent, and kept us updated throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. Not only was their service top-notch, but their pricing was also incredibly competitive. We received several quotes, and Karoly Windows offered the best value without sacrificing quality. The workmanship was exceptional; the installation crew was highly professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They went above and beyond, making sure to protect our home during the process and leaving the job site spotless. The quality of the windows is fantastic, and we can already notice a difference in our home's temperature and noise level. We were impressed by the whole team's dedication to customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Karoly Windows to anyone looking for competitive pricing, quality products, and a truly great experience.

We had an incredible experience with Karoly Windows and Doors from purchasing through installation and county inspection and the follow-up to finish off the job. The quality of the three impact doors that we purchased and installed is very good and our inspector said that he had the same doors put in his home and has been very happy with them. The company is obviously a good employer because every one of the employees which whom we had contact with was pleasant, happy, and really wanted to make sure that we were happy with the products and installation. We would recommend this company and will be using them when we do replacement windows. Kudos to Karoly Windows and Doors!

We found Karoly Windows & Doors to be very professional. The installer was meticulous. Once we agreed on what we wanted and gave them our deposit everything proceeded in the time frame they had told us. This company is also very easy to communicate with. They always answer questions and emails promptly and return phone calls. I recommend them highly.
