When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly, and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. We had an incredible experience with Karoly Windows and Doors from purchasing through installation and county inspection and the follow-up to finish off the job. The quality of the three impact doors that we purchased and installed is very good and our inspector said that he had the same doors put in his home and has been very happy with them. The company is obviously a good employer because every one of the employees which whom we had contact with was pleasant, happy, and really wanted to make sure that we were happy with the products and installation.
