We recently had STH replace 18 windows, 2 sliders and 3 interior/exterior doors. The whole process was top notch from start to finish. The sales rep Brooks was very informative and detailed without being pushy. The install crew was TOP NOTCH. Super nice and courteous of our home and were meticulous in their work. We didn't notice one of the windows was damaged (a small chip in the frame that I wouldn't have noticed) but they did and replaced it. While they weren't the cheapest quote, we received top notch quality and work. We are very happy with the results. I had friends start this process with other companies and they are both still dealing with sealing and punch out items. You pay for what you get! STH Windows and Doors was an amazing experience for us. Totally professional from coming to our home to quote the project, the measurement appointment to the install. Communication was amazing and every appointment was on time. Installers were professional and immaculate. HIGHLY recommend STH ,great product but the entire staff is what makes them special. Really good people who really care about the customer and the process to deliver a high standard of excellence. I truly believe there is no one better in the industry.
